Refund Policy

At the School for Intuitive Ascension, we are committed to offering transformative programs and educational experiences. Because our courses and workshops involve energetic preparation, limited space, and significant resources, we maintain the following refund policy.

 

Workshops and Courses

Participants may request a full refund within three (3) days of purchase.

After the three-day period, refunds are no longer available. However, the value of your payment may be:

  • Applied toward private sessions

  • Transferred to another class or workshop

  • Applied toward a future retreat or program

Requests for transfers or credit must be made by contacting us directly.

 

If the School Cancels a Program

If the School for Intuitive Ascension cancels a course, workshop, or event, participants will have the option to:

• Receive a full refund, or
Transfer their payment to private sessions, or
Apply the payment toward another course, workshop, or future event

 

Retreats and Special Events

Due to the nature of retreat planning and travel arrangements, retreat payments become non-refundable within three (3) months of the retreat start date. In certain circumstances, payments may be applied toward another program or future retreat at the discretion of the School for Intuitive Ascension.

 

Missed Classes

If a participant misses a class session, refunds are not available. When possible, recordings or alternative options may be provided.

 

Refund Requests and Respectful Communication

Participants are welcome to contact the School for Intuitive Ascension with questions regarding refunds or program policies.

However, if a participant requests a refund outside of the stated refund window and engages in harassing, abusive, or hostile communication toward staff or instructors, the School for Intuitive Ascension reserves the right to:

• discontinue communication
• block further contact
• remove the individual from current or future programs
• decline future enrollment in any courses, workshops, or events

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment for both our team and our students.
