By accessing this website, purchasing a program, or participating in any session, course, workshop, retreat, or event offered by the School for Intuitive Ascension, you agree to the following terms and policies.
All programs, courses, workshops, readings, and services offered by the School for Intuitive Ascension are provided for educational and personal development purposes only.
The School for Intuitive Ascension operates as the educational and training division of Intuitive Ascension Spiritual Center, a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based organization.
The school offers educational programs focused on spiritual development, emotional healing, intuitive awareness, and personal transformation.
By accessing this website, purchasing a program, or participating in any session, course, workshop, retreat, or event offered by the School for Intuitive Ascension, you agree to the following terms and policies.
These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, legal, or financial condition.
By participating in any program, class, workshop, or session, you acknowledge that:
• You are responsible for your own decisions, interpretations, and actions
• Personal growth work may involve emotional exploration and reflection
• Results vary from person to person
The School for Intuitive Ascension and its teachers are not responsible for personal decisions or outcomes resulting from participation in our programs.
The School for Intuitive Ascension is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
Participants agree to:
• communicate respectfully with instructors and other participants
• respect personal boundaries within group spaces
• avoid disruptive or harmful behavior
Abusive, disruptive, or harmful behavior toward instructors, staff, or other students will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to:
• harassment or intimidation
• verbal abuse or hostile communication
• bullying or disrespectful behavior
• actions that disrupt the learning environment
If such behavior occurs, the School for Intuitive Ascension reserves the right to remove the participant from the program immediately without refund.
Participants who violate these standards may also be restricted from enrolling in future programs, workshops, or events.
Because our courses and workshops involve energetic preparation, limited space, and significant resources, the following refund policy applies.
Participants may request a full refund within three (3) days of purchase.
After the three-day period, refunds are not available.
However, payments may be:
• applied toward private sessions
• transferred to another class or workshop
• applied toward a future program or retreat
Requests for transfers must be made by contacting us directly.
If the School for Intuitive Ascension cancels a course, workshop, or event, participants may choose to:
• receive a full refund
• transfer the payment to private sessions
• apply the payment toward another course, workshop, or event
Due to the nature of retreat planning and travel arrangements, retreat payments become non-refundable within three (3) months of the retreat start date.
In certain circumstances, payments may be transferred to another program or retreat at the discretion of the School for Intuitive Ascension.
If a participant misses a class session, refunds are not available. When possible, recordings or alternative materials may be provided.
Participants may contact the school regarding refunds or program policies.
However, if a participant requests a refund outside the stated refund window and engages in harassing, abusive, or hostile communication toward staff or instructors, the School for Intuitive Ascension reserves the right to:
• discontinue communication
• block further contact
• remove the individual from current or future programs
• decline future enrollment in any courses, workshops, or events
The School for Intuitive Ascension is committed to maintaining a respectful environment for both staff and students.
By booking a session, reading, or consultation with the School for Intuitive Ascension, you agree to the following terms.
Sessions and readings support:
• personal growth
• intuitive development
• emotional awareness
• spiritual exploration
They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
By participating in a session, you acknowledge that:
• you are responsible for your own decisions and actions
• insights shared are offered as guidance and perspective

Some sessions may involve emotional exploration or discussion of personal experiences. Participants agree to take responsibility for their own emotional well-being.
All personal information shared during sessions is treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
If a session is canceled with less than 12 hours notice or missed entirely, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
All materials provided by the School for Intuitive Ascension, including:
• course materials
• written content
• videos and recordings
• meditations and exercises
• teaching techniques and methods
are the intellectual property of the School for Intuitive Ascension.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
The School for Intuitive Ascension respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.
Information collected may include:
• name
• email address
• phone number
• billing information
• program registration information
Information may be used to:
• process purchases and registrations
• communicate about programs and events
• provide customer support
• send educational content or updates

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
